The booking finally fits the whole fleet.
One booking can carry several bikes and several jobs, each with its own photos. Events joins the booking types, and Xero books settled payments as paid invoices.
Events joins the booking types, marked beta
Group rides, demo days and workshops get ticket tiers, scan-to-check-in at the door, and a QR code on the confirmation. Every event gets its own link, like yourshop.com/events/saturday-demo-day; rename it and the old link forwards. Beta while paid ticketing is finished.
A photo says which bike it's of
Each bike on a booking has its own photo slot. Booking-wide photos work as before.
Xero: payments book themselves as paid invoices
Every settled payment (service, workshop, rental, tour, deposit or membership) creates a matching paid invoice. Nothing sends until you pick an account per payment provider and switch go-live on. A mixed-tax quote books as two correctly taxed lines.

Workshop waitlists, end to end
A full workshop session takes a waitlist, and being promoted off it emails the customer their spot.
Saved cards show however they were captured
A card paid through Stripe Link, which gives no visible digits, now shows as a card on file.
Reminders survive a reschedule or a counter booking
Moving a booking's date keeps its 1-week reminder, review request and follow-up. A counter booking sends the same set as an online one.
