Event waivers attach to the ticket they were signed for. Rush and e-bike surcharges can be flat or a percentage, rentals get a monthly rate, and a visiting mechanic's job counts against the host shop.
Each ticket carries its own signed acceptance. Scanning it at check-in shows: signed, accepted, part of a group waiver, or not yet in. A missing waiver never blocks a paying rider; it tells the person checking them in.
Both can be flat or a percentage: same-day service at a flat $40, an e-bike surcharge at 15% of the job. Existing rates are untouched.
A job accepted from a sibling store draws on the receiving shop's own availability: seat counts, time slots and appointments.
Rentals can carry a monthly rate, and the 30-day booking cap is gone. Rider height can show in feet and inches, stored in centimetres. The rentals page can carry a line in your own words, a 3-day minimum, say, above the calendar.
A checkout hold on event tickets shows a countdown, and tickets appear once they exist. The clock runs on server time, so a phone with the wrong time can't misreport a hold.
A wide service area no longer drags the map centre off. A customer who doesn't know their bike's make or model can enter unknown.
A second person under an email already on the account, or a deactivated staff member coming back, both resolve, and the Team page says what happened.
An empty staff email costs that person their own login and job list, so it has to be confirmed on purpose.
A booking area combining a drawn shape with a postcode list draws both.
A $40 flat repair can skip rush pricing while a full service still carries it.
Automated emails show a postal address, as marketing mail requires.
Charities and community bike programs can email us for a much lower per-booking rate.
