Four steps to a hire, and add-ons on every job card.

Hire booking is four steps, with waivers per rider. Add-ons are a line of work on the job card, and shops can send customer email from their own address.

The hire flow, rebuilt in four steps

Pick your dates, choose your bikes, say who's riding, confirm. Rider details are asked on that rider's bike, each adult gets their own waiver, and the answers land on the booking for staff to see.

Add-ons are a line of work on the job card

Staff can add child seats, locks, baskets and other extras to any job card, each with its own price and time. The card says when one is already on the booking. Service pickers show your menu in your sections.

Send email as yourself, and catch texts with no booking attached

Set up your own sending address and customer email leaves as yours; we walk you through verification. A text that matches no booking lands in your inbox like any other message.

Under the hood

  • Waiver wording that matches the moment

A hire waiver asks riders to agree before they ride, instead of borrowing the workshop's before-we-start-work wording. Each rider's link opens their own waiver.

  • Extras show their price on the summary

Helmets, pannier bags and other add-ons are their own priced line on the summary, alongside delivery and any discount.

  • The rush switch says what it does

Rush is a labelled switch with one sentence under it: what it tags, what it promises the customer, and that it moves no money on its own.

  • A page that can't load explains itself

Load failures name the cause (dropped connection, timed-out session, permissions) and offer a retry button.
