Sales that close themselves.

Shops on X-Series or Square can have a sale close automatically once Velobook has taken the payment. The job card also carries your multi-service setting to every screen you can open it from, and a hire waiting on a waiver keeps that step on screen until it's signed.

New

Sales close themselves when the payment already happened

When a customer pays through Velobook at booking time, X-Series and Square were left holding a sale with nothing prompting anyone to close it, so stock never moved. Shops can now opt in to have that sale close on its own once the payment is confirmed, the way it already worked for R-Series. It's off by default, and only ever closes a sale that was genuinely paid in full.

Improved

Multi-service bookings, from every screen

The job card now reads your multi-service setting itself, instead of relying on whichever screen opened it. Adding or correcting a second service works the same way from every place you can open a job, the Today view's time picker included.

Improved

A handover that waits for the waiver

Handing over a walk-in rental is two steps: create the booking, then mark it picked up. Where your waiver is required, those steps are now separate. The outstanding one stays on screen until someone signs and the bike actually goes out.

Under the hood

  • The setup checklist catches a shop with no hours set

A shop with no opening hours looks fine in admin but shows every day as closed to customers. The getting-started checklist now flags missing hours and unconfigured texting, and can resurface after being dismissed if a new must-do item appears later.

  • Adding a service keeps your place on the sheet

On a phone, tapping Add another service on a job card now leaves you where you were rather than returning to the top of the sheet.

  • Conversion and Bench time roll up for a network

Networks with a head-office organisation now see both tabs counting every shop in the network, the way the other five Analytics tabs already did.
