About Velobook
Velobook is the booking system for bike shops and the repair trades that work the same way: someone drops something off, you fix it on your own time, they come back for it. Drop-offs, rush jobs, workshop classes, reminders, and a bookable shop page, all in one place.
No monthly fee, a dollar a booking capped every month, and you're paid in the shop through your own till. We build it alongside real workshops, not from a distance. Here's the two of us.

Product and story
I'm Alex. I've spent my career in digital, social, and creative agencies, building all kinds of products and telling the stories of all kinds of brands. Velobook is that same craft, put to work on something I ride home on.
Away from the keyboard I'm a dad, a lifelong cyclist, a lover of bikes of every kind, and an extremely amateur bike builder, the sort who will happily lose a weekend to a vintage frame that was working perfectly fine to begin with.

Mechanic, fifteen years in the trade
I'm Dan, the mechanic. Fifteen years in the trade, working in shops across Sydney and the surrounds and running my own, means I know exactly where a workshop day goes: the drop-offs, the rush jobs, the parts you're waiting on, the safety checks you can't skip.
That's what keeps Velobook honest. When we decide what to build next, it starts at the bench: if a feature wouldn't earn its place on a flat-out Saturday, it doesn't make the list.
We're a small team for now. If you know bikes, or know software, and something here rings a bell, we'd love to hear from you. We're always open to expressions of interest from good people.
Thirty days free, then a dollar a booking, capped every month. Or just email us first, we're happy to talk it through. A real person reads every message, and it's usually one of the two of us.
velobook uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember which shop you are working in, and route custom domains. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how people use velobook. Advertising trackers are always off. Choose what is okay with you.
