What happens next

  1. We'll acknowledge your request promptly.
  2. We may need to verify your identity (typically by confirming you control the email address on file). We ask for only the minimum information needed.
  3. We'll respond within the timeframe required by your privacy law: 30 days under GDPR / UK GDPR, 45 days under CCPA / CPRA and most other US state laws, with possible extensions where allowed.
  4. If your request relates to a booking with a specific shop, we may need to coordinate with that shop (which is the controller of the booking) and we'll tell you if that's the case.
  5. We won't charge a fee for a first request and won't treat you any differently for making one.

Authorised agents

You can authorise someone to make a request on your behalf (for example, under CCPA / CPRA or various US state laws). Include signed written permission from the data subject in the request. We'll verify both the agent's authority and the data subject's identity before acting.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Velobook does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising (as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA). You can still submit an opt-out request here for your records, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we'll honour it for that visit.

Cookies & storage

velobook uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember which shop you are working in, and route custom domains. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how people use velobook. Advertising trackers are always off. Choose what is okay with you.
