Bike fittings

Booking software for bike fitting studios.

Fittings are their own booking type in Velobook, with tiers, a fitter assigned to the slot, and an intake questionnaire the rider completes before they arrive, so the session starts with the background already in hand.

Afterwards, send the fit report as a PDF. If the rider keeps a Velobook account, the fit sits alongside their service history at every shop they use.

What's in the box

Fitting tiers

Offer more than one level of fit, from a quick sizing to the full session, each with its own price on the booker.

Intake before arrival

The rider fills in an intake questionnaire before the session, so the conversation starts at their riding, not their contact details.

A fitter on every slot

Each fitting is assigned to a fitter, and skill-aware assignment keeps the right sessions with the right person.

Fit report PDFs

Send the fit report as a PDF after the session, so the rider leaves with their numbers, not a photo of a whiteboard.

Customer accounts

Riders can opt into a Velobook account at booking. Their next visit prefills the form, and their history is theirs to see in one place.

Reminders and self-serve changes

Confirmations and reminders are included, and the rider's manage link handles reschedules and cancellations without a phone call.

Billed like any other booking

A fitting costs you a dollar as a booking (priced locally in your market), capped at about $100 a month. No monthly fee, no separate module to pay for.

How it works

For your customers

  1. 1

    Book a fit

They pick a fitting tier and a time from your booking link, with prices shown up front.

  2. 2

    Fill in the intake

The questionnaire is done before they arrive: riding history, niggles, goals, whatever you ask.

  3. 3

    Get fitted

They turn up to a session that already knows who they are, with a fitter assigned to the slot.

  4. 4

    Keep the report

The fit report arrives as a PDF, and an optional Velobook account keeps it alongside their service history.

For the shop

  1. 1

    Set up your tiers

Name each level of fit and price it. The booker shows the options and takes the booking.

  2. 2

    Read the intake first

The questionnaire lands with the booking, so you walk into the session already briefed.

  3. 3

    Fit, then send the report

Run the session, then send the fit report as a PDF from the booking. Payment happens at your counter or online through your own provider.

A dollar a booking. That's the pricing page.

Priced locally in every market, capped at about $100 a month, and free for your first 30 days. No monthly fee, no tiers, and every feature included. Customers pay your shop; Velobook never holds their money.

Questions shops ask

Can I run more than one level of fit?

Yes. Fittings have tiers, so a quick saddle-height check and a full fit can sit side by side with their own prices.

When does the rider fill in the intake form?

Before they arrive. The intake questionnaire is part of the booking, so the session starts with their riding history and goals already in front of you.

How do I deliver the fit report?

As a PDF, sent after the session. The rider keeps their numbers, and if they hold a Velobook account it stays with their history.

Can riders see their past visits?

If they opt into a Velobook customer account, yes: their bookings and service history across every Velobook shop sit in one place. It's the rider's choice and off by default.

What does a fitting cost me in fees?

The same as any booking: a dollar (priced locally, so 70c in the US, 50p in the UK, 60c in the Eurozone), capped at about $100 a month with every booking past 100 free. No monthly fee.

Do fittings share a calendar with the rest of the shop?

Yes. Fittings, repairs, hire and classes run from the same admin and the same booking link, with Google Calendar sync if you want sessions on your phone.

Give the fit studio a front door that works while you sleep.

Set up takes an afternoon, the first 30 days are free, and a real person answers every email.
