Bike fittings

Booking software for bike fitting studios.

Fittings are their own booking type: tiers, a fitter on the slot, and an intake questionnaire the rider answers at booking, so the session starts already briefed.

Afterwards, upload the report your fit software produced and the rider gets it as a secure PDF on their booking page.

What's in the box

Fitting tiers

More than one level of fit, from a quick sizing to the full session, each with its own price.

Intake before arrival

The rider answers your intake questions at booking, so the session starts at their riding, not their contact details.

A fitter on every slot

Each slot carries the fitter who'll run it, so the booker only offers times that person can work.

Fit reports, delivered properly

Upload the PDF and the rider gets a secure download link on their booking page.

Customer accounts

Riders can opt into a Velobook account at booking. Next visit prefills the form, and their history is in one place.

Reminders and self-serve changes

Confirmations and reminders included. The manage link handles reschedules and cancellations.

Billed like any other booking

A dollar a booking, priced locally, capped at 100 a month. No monthly fee, no separate module.

Book the studio from your own site

Paste an embed snippet scoped to fittings on your studio page. It shows the tiers only, resizes itself, and can go transparent.

How it works

For your customers

  1. 1

    Book a fit

A tier and a time from your booking link, prices shown up front.

  2. 2

    Fill in the intake

Riding history, niggles, goals, whatever you ask, answered at booking.

  3. 3

    Get fitted

They turn up to a session that already knows who they are, with a fitter assigned.

  4. 4

    Keep the report

The fit report lands on their booking page as a PDF. An optional Velobook account keeps it with their service history.

For the shop

  1. 1

    Set up your tiers

Name each level of fit and price it.

  2. 2

    Read the intake first

The answers land with the booking.

  3. 3

    Fit, then send the report

Upload the report to the booking and the rider gets the link. Fittings settle in person: deposit and balance at your counter.

A dollar a booking. That's the pricing page.

Priced locally in every market. After 100 bookings in a month, the rest are free. Customers pay your shop; Velobook never holds their money.

Questions shops ask

Can I run more than one level of fit?

Yes. A quick saddle-height check and a full fit can sit side by side with their own prices.

When does the rider fill in the intake form?

At booking, so the session starts with their history and goals in front of you.

How do I deliver the fit report?

Upload the PDF your fit software produced and the rider gets a secure download link on their booking page.

Can riders see their past visits?

With a Velobook customer account, yes: bookings and service history across every Velobook shop in one place. It's offered on the booking form and it's the rider's call.

What does a fitting cost me in fees?

The same as any booking: a dollar, priced locally (70c in the US, 50p in the UK, 60c in the Eurozone), capped at 100 a month. No monthly fee.

Do fittings share a calendar with the rest of the shop?

Same admin, same booking link. Fittings keep their own board rather than the shop calendar, and they go to Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 if you want them on your phone.

Let riders book a fit and answer the intake themselves.

Setup takes an afternoon. The first 30 days are free.
