Build a bike, wheel by wheel.

Across two days, the custom bike and wheel builders land: configure a whole bike or a hand-built wheelset inline, brand-first at every step, with AI-assisted catalogue setup, shareable branded demo stores, and a POS inventory layer they read stock from.

New

Build a custom bike

A whole-bike configurator with frame-anchored compatibility: pick a frame, then only components that actually fit it, with a fit step that recommends your size and image-forward stages that show the colourways.

New

Build a wheelset by hand

A custom wheelset configurator with front and rear modelled separately, real hub sizing, freehub/driver and brake/axle selectors, and a live "your parts" panel. It plugs into the bike builder, so you can build a wheelset inline without ever clicking out.

New

Brand-first pickers

Every slot leads with the brand: brand chips filter the list instead of drilling in, with brand logos and real product photos throughout, and a quote that prices the inline custom wheelset on the server so the number's honest.

New

AI-assisted builder setup

Describe your products, upload a price list, or point at your Shopify, and the builder drafts your catalogue for you instead of asking you to type every part in by hand.

New

Branded, shareable demo stores

Demo builders load on a /beta sandbox prefix carrying a shop's real theme and wordmark, so a store can share a pretty branded URL instead of a query-string demo link.

Improved

Builder analytics + mobile-mechanic set

The Conversion panel now shows where customers drop off in the bike and wheel builders, and a mobile-mechanic feature set landed off the back of CycleTech's feedback.

Under the hood

  • POS inventory read layer (Tier 2)

An R-Series inventory reader with a stock-aware quote builder and an admin Inventory panel, so a quote knows what's actually on the shelf before you promise it.

  • Builder image + CSP fixes

Fixed builder images blocked by the content-security policy and ones that loaded lazy-and-hidden, plus a dev-only duplicate-React warning.
