Every morning your shop's own inbox gets a summary of the day: every service booking, every rental pickup and return, every workshop slot, with the customer's contact details, the address for mobile or delivery jobs, and who's assigned. It lands at 6am in your shop's own time zone, so you know what the day looks like before the phone starts ringing. Turn it on from Integrations, under a new Daily digest tab.
When a mechanic adds work at the bench and the customer agrees on the spot, the register now reads the current quote, so the extra work reaches the till without anyone re-keying it. It falls back to the originally booked price only where the quote was cancelled or the customer said no to the extra work. A manager can also approve a quote right at the counter, for jobs agreed in person rather than by email.
A job carried over from an earlier day used to stay on the board only while it was still waiting or still out, so finishing one moved it out of view. Cards now hold whichever column you put them in, Ready and Complete included, on both the main workboard and the rentals board.
Booking bikes for a group used to grey out the sizes already taken, so the second and third rider chose from what was left. It now asks about one rider at a time, height included, adds their bike, clears itself and asks about the next. Extras below the bikes are the same kind of card, so the whole step reads as one list.
Once a day is routed, the Today list follows that route order instead of plain time order, so the screen matches the plan your driver is running. Jobs the route doesn't cover still show up in time order alongside the routed ones. A line at the top says which order you're looking at.
Managers could open bookings, hires and the roster but not touch a quote, so shops were making front-desk staff full admins just to add a line to a job. A Manager can now read and edit quotes and take payment against them, while catalogue, pricing and billing settings stay admin only.
Booking a job for a customer used to show a bare date box, so a closed Sunday and an empty one looked the same. It now shows a calendar with closed and full days marked, and how many slots are left in each part of the day.
A rental delivered to one zone and collected from another is now priced on each leg's own address, rather than treating the whole trip as one zone.
A hire the customer is bringing back themselves no longer quotes a shop pickup time. The confirmation names exactly who handles each leg, and only gives a return time where the shop set one.
A tracked item that gains sizes after its fleet is already entered now keeps showing available against the shop's own size capacity, until the fleet is actually assigned to sizes.
We spent a full day of mobile jobs on the phone instead of at a desk. That tightened up moving a job to en route, prices showing on the job card, staying signed in between stops, calendar links, and live tracking reporting its real state.
