Name your own stages, and a board that holds the whole job.

Stages are yours to rename, hide and decide what the customer hears. Jobs stay on the board until they are collected. Cash, cheques and terminal cards are recorded and receipted, and the wheel builder gets four real suppliers.

Stages are yours to name

Rename any stage, hide the ones you don't use, and decide per stage what the customer is told. The board, the schedule and the job card all follow.

New

Record cash, cheques and terminal cards

Payment taken any way at all is recorded against the job, with a receipt to the customer. A job with money still owing asks before it is completed, and a quote shows what is owed and who owes it.

New

Mobile jobs, from setting off to handover

Collect and return is a flow of its own, setting off tells the customer, and the job lives in one column with the route, the stage and the arrival linked together. PhoneLink puts the customer one tap away.

The wheel builder, with four real suppliers

Chris King, DT Swiss and the rest of Laneway's suppliers, with photos that reach the live builder, a tyre stage with one row per model and a width picker, axle as a real filter, and the wheel drawn to scale.

New

Community days, picked off a calendar

Pick the dates for a community day off a calendar and confirm the time once. Community days get their own nav tab and group the day by community, and services and add-ons can carry the shop's own questions.

Improved

The board holds a job until it is collected

Jobs stay on the board through to collection, completed work sits there for three days, and bikes checked in at the counter are visible. Nothing dated in the future reads as late.

Under the hood

  • An address book on the customer

A customer who looks after several properties keeps an address on each one, and can be booked in from their own page.

  • Customers can give a unit, suite or apartment number

  • Revenue counts the quote

Reporting reads the agreed quote, and can be filtered by the state that quote is in.

  • A staff reschedule tells the customer and moves the reminders
