A calendar you can run the day from.

A calendar and admin-shell redesign: a collapsible sidebar with regrouped nav, week and month views you can drag bookings across, technician swimlanes, a new Customers section with service history, and a reply-to email that points at your shop.

New

Drag a booking across days

Week and month views now let you drag a booking to another day to reschedule, click any empty day to create one, and open the full booking detail straight from a week or month card.

Improved

An admin shell built for the day

A collapsible sidebar with grouped, use-ordered nav (Workshop, Customers, Catalogue), a wider working area, technician swimlanes in week view, and a month colour-coded by mechanic so you can read the week's shape at a glance.

New

A Customers section

A proper Customers section in admin, with each customer's per-shop service history in one place instead of scattered across bookings.

New

Reply-to that actually reaches you

Customer emails now set Reply-To to your shop's own contact inbox, with a reply-to field and explainer in Settings, so a customer hitting reply lands with you, not in a void.

Under the hood

  • Manage page respects the job's stage

Customers can no longer reschedule or cancel once a job is marked ready or done; the manage page hides the buttons and rejects a late attempt.

  • Job-stage colours from one source

Calendar job-stage colours now come from a single source of truth across day, week, and month, so a stage looks the same wherever you see it.

  • Customer matching tightened

Customer email is now matched literally instead of as a LIKE pattern, and customer SMS stayed paused pending alphanumeric sender approval.
