Two-way texting, and a map of where you ride.

A unified inbox with two-way SMS goes live, mobile-service shops draw coverage areas on a map with tiered travel fees, mechanics get their own calendar and inbox, and a bike-sale flow lands.

New

Two-way SMS, live

Customers can text your shop back. Replies land in the inbox and you answer in kind: a text gets a text, an email gets an email. The SMS pause is lifted.

New

One inbox for every channel

Inbox, templates, announcements and settings unify into one messaging split, with inbound email and SMS folded in, each thread linked to its booking, and an unread count in the nav.

New

Draw your own service areas

Mobile-service shops draw catchment polygons, or origin-and-radius rings, on one coverage map, with tiered per-way or return travel fees. The booker shows customers the map before they book.

New

The mechanic's own app

A mechanic gets their own calendar, an inbox scoped to their assigned jobs, and a My day where tapping a job opens the full job card.

New

Sell a bike, book the first service free

A bike-sale tab logs a sale and sends the customer a free-first-service email.

Improved

Pickup and drop-off, together

Shops can offer pickup and drop-off at the same time and let the customer choose.

Under the hood

  • SMS billed per segment from the prepaid wallet

Texts debit the prepaid wallet per segment (partner shops like Laneway at Twilio cost).

  • Internal notes split from customer messaging

Internal notes get their own tab, leaving Messaging customer-facing. Address lookup fixes untappable mobile suggestions and adds a legacy Places fallback.
