Mechanics move into the one admin shell, a phone number is required at booking by default, self-hosted Altcha replaces Turnstile, and shops get a monthly SMS spend cap.
Require a phone number at booking
Bookings ask for a phone number by default, with a comms toggle to turn that off. The kiosk and counter check-in require it too.

Set a per-shop monthly ceiling on SMS spend.

Calmer admin, brighter status dots
Explainer text is less dominant across admin. Status dots are brighter (red for new, green for ready for pickup, black for done), and each staff member's roster shows on the Staff list.
Altcha replaces Turnstile
Self-hosted Altcha bot protection replaces Cloudflare Turnstile on the booker.
Shopify draft orders, fixed and opt-in
Draft-order-at-booking creates the draft, shows any sync error per booking, and is an opt-in per-shop toggle that covers walk-ins.
