One shell for the whole shop
Mechanics fold into the single admin shell and the separate staff app retires. Admins are staff by default now, and the Staff page and the mechanic view link to each other both ways.
Mechanics move into the one admin shell, a phone number is required at booking by default, self-hosted Altcha replaces Turnstile, and shops get a monthly SMS spend cap.

Bookings ask for a phone number by default, with a comms toggle if you'd rather not, and the kiosk and counter check-in require it too. Fewer jobs you can't chase down when the part comes in.
Set a per-shop monthly ceiling on SMS spend so texting can never run away with the bill, even on a busy month.
A pass to make explainer text less dominant across admin, with brighter status dots (red for new, green for ready for pickup, black for done) and each staff member's roster shown at a glance on the Staff list.
Swapped Cloudflare Turnstile for self-hosted Altcha bot protection on the booker, so the booking flow doesn't lean on a third party to prove a human's there.
Draft-order-at-booking now actually creates the draft, surfaces any sync error per booking, and is an opt-in per-shop toggle that extends to walk-ins.
