The inbox learns some manners.

The inbox grows up with mark-unread, search, canned replies, and snooze; picture messages send and receive; every booking can auto-print the moment it's confirmed; and the e-bike disclosure localises to your shop's law.

A grown-up inbox: search, snooze, canned replies

The customer inbox gains mark-as-unread, search and filtering, saved canned replies, and flag-and-snooze. A busy shop can finally triage a day's worth of messages instead of scrolling.

New

Picture messages, in and out

Outbound and inbound image attachments over both MMS and email. A customer can send you a photo of the snapped derailleur, and you can send one back of the part you'd replace it with.

New

Auto-print every booking

A booking can print to the bench printer the moment it's confirmed, from the public booker, the kiosk, or the counter, and for any date, not just today's jobs.

New

Localised e-bike disclosure, editable

The e-bike legal disclosure now adapts to your shop's country, collapses to a summary with an info hint instead of a wall of text, and you can edit the wording and toggle the age and value fields.

Improved

Cheaper, cleaner texting

Trimmed the SMS confirmation from three segments down to one, and priced picture messages and inbound replies apart from plain SMS, so texting costs the shop less and bills straight.

Under the hood

  • Shopify drafts for public + kiosk bookings

Tenant and kiosk public bookings now create Shopify draft orders too, with a backfill action for any that were stranded before.

  • Staff push covers more, links route right

Staff web push now fires for messages, workshops, fittings, and assignments, and the iCal feed and /m short links route correctly through the redirects layer.
