How Velobook routes your day.
The route optimisation behind the Map is a resold integration with Tarot Analytics. What it does, and what a shop has to do to use it (nothing).
Every shop that delivers bikes or sends a mechanic to a driveway has the same daily puzzle: a dozen stops, each with an address and a time window, and an order that wastes the least of the day. That's a vehicle-routing problem, and they're hard to solve well.
So we partnered with Tarot Analytics, a routing specialist. Tap Route my day and Velobook sends each stop's location, time window and duration, and gets back a sequence with a rough arrival time for each.
A shop never sees any of it. No account, no key to paste, no separate routing bill. Velobook holds one relationship with Tarot and resells it to every shop. A shop with its own routing account can bring it.
The result draws on real roads, with real distance and time. Turn-by-turn hands off to the driver's own maps app.
If routing can't be reached, the day still plans in window-time order and the map still draws.
Open Front desk, then Map, pick a day with a run on it, and tap Route my day.
