A map of the day's runs.

Field work gets its own view: one Map that lists every delivery and mobile repair for a day and sequences them into an optimised route. The vertical job cards land, the staff app gets native push, and Square switches on as a full payment rail.

The Map: your day's field work in one place

A Map view gathers a day's rental drop-offs, pick-ups, and mobile-mechanic jobs, then routes them with one tap: one run or split across several vans, drawn on real roads with per-stop ETAs and a hand-off to the driver's own maps app for the turn-by-turn.

Route optimisation, powered by Tarot Analytics

Behind Route my day sits a proper vehicle-routing optimiser. It's on by default, needs no setup, and Velobook resells it under the hood, so a shop never touches an account or a key. There's a whole post on how it works and why we run it this way.

One job card per booking type

Rentals, workshops, and fittings each get the tabbed job-card modal services already had: bike, messages, notes, and stages in one place, opened from anywhere you click the booking.

Improved

Square, switched on

Square joins Stripe and Shopify as a full online-payment rail with the same booking-time deposit and full-payment options, and a shop now runs exactly one payment rail at a time so the till can't get its wires crossed.

Under the hood

  • Real roads, not straight lines

Routes draw the actual road geometry with distance and driving time, instead of dashed lines between pins.

  • One unified Bookings list

Services, workshops, fittings, rentals, and tours fold into a single Bookings view behind one filter bar, with per-vertical New booking actions.
