Rentals, rebuilt end to end.

A public hire flow with sizes, extras and multi-bike carts, hourly and day-part hire, per-unit QR fleet tracking, ID checks at handover, and delivery priced by the map.

The Fleet board: six bikes grouped by model, two marked Out with the customer's name and a due-back date, one reserved for a pickup today.
New

A real hire flow

Pick a model and a size, add bike-specific extras, and put several bikes on one booking, each on its own dates. The review step is one hire ticket with a map pin and the bike's photo.

New

Hourly and day-part hire

Hire by the hour or by the morning. Daily and weekly rates combine to the cheapest split, and each item can cap its maximum hire length.

New

Mixed-mode carts

One booking can carry bikes on different modes and dates. A mixed booking resolves to shop pickup, and the cart prices on the server.

New

Per-unit fleet tracking, by QR

Every rental bike gets a QR sticker and a fleet number. Scan it to pull up that unit, mark it out and back, and know which frame went where.

Improved

ID at handover, and delivery by the map

Optional licence or passport capture at handover, held in a locked record that purges on return. Delivery and pickup areas draw on one coverage map with tiered travel fees, and a per-item turnaround buffer holds a returned bike offline.

Under the hood

  • Rentals admin, split in two

Rentals splits into Bikes & extras and Rental settings.

  • Cancel a hire from the job card

A cancel action on the rental job card and a bulk cancel in Bookings, both honouring deposit-refund rules, plus a rental Stages tab that notifies the customer.

  • Extras that know their bike

An extra can be offered only for the bike types it fits.
