The shop floor, in your pocket.

The installable staff app feels like a phone app, admin works one-handed on the bench, and mobile-service shops can split their map into named territories.

Improved

The staff app, phone-first

Add the admin to your home screen for a bottom tab bar and a layout that respects the notch. Native iPhone and Android versions are in testing with the shops helping us, not live yet.

Update

The iPhone app came out of testing on 29 July 2026 and is on the App Store, free to download. Android is still an internal test.

Service territories

Mobile-service shops can split coverage into named territories, each with its own postcodes, service and blackout dates, and technician, so a booking routes to the right person.

Improved

Pick your area before your day

An optional flow asks the customer where they are before showing the calendar, so they only see days their area is covered.

Improved

A mobile pass over the whole admin

Full-screen job-card sheets, a map-first Map tab, condensed filter bars, tap-to-call and tap-to-map, and a calendar with day, week and month in place of the agenda view.

Under the hood

  • A nudge for quiet shops

An activation email to shops that signed up but haven't finished setting up.

  • Fleet labels print grouped

Rental QR labels print grouped by bike, and a scanned label carries you to the right unit through a sign-in.
