The shop floor, in your pocket.

The installable staff app takes a big step toward feeling native on the phone, a mobile-polish pass makes admin usable one-handed on the bench, and mobile-service shops can carve their map into named territories with their own dates and technicians.

Improved

The staff app, phone-first

The installable admin got rebuilt to feel like a phone app, not a shrunk-down desktop: add it to your home screen for a bottom tab bar, safe-area layout that respects the notch, and a shell built for a phone propped against the toolbox. Native iPhone and Android versions are in testing with the shops helping us, not live yet.

New

Service territories

Mobile-service shops can split their coverage into named territories, each with its own served postcodes, its own service and blackout dates, and its own technician, so a booking routes itself to the right person for the area instead of landing in one undifferentiated pile.

Improved

Pick your area before your day

An optional territory-first booking flow that asks a customer where they are before it shows the calendar, so a rider only ever sees days their area is actually covered, and picks a slot you can really make.

Improved

A mobile pass over the whole admin

A sweep to make admin genuinely one-handed: full-screen job-card sheets, a map-first Map tab, condensed filter bars, a native-feeling Menu, tap-to-call and tap-to-map that open the phone's own apps, and a calendar that drops the cramped agenda view for day, week, and month.

Under the hood

  • A nudge for quiet shops

A gentle activation email to shops that signed up but haven't finished setting up, so a half-built booker doesn't just sit there unpublished.

  • Fleet labels print grouped

Printing rental QR labels now groups them by bike, so a shop can sticker a whole fleet in one run, and a scanned label carries you to the right unit even through a sign-in.
