Velobook: Bike Shop Manager is live on the App Store, free to download, for the people who actually run the workshop. It's the shop's whole day on the phone that's already in your pocket: today's jobs, the inbox, the fleet, and the run you're about to drive.

Download it on the App Store
Velobook: Bike Shop Manager is live for iPhone, free, no in-app purchases. Sign in with the account you already use and you're in your shop. Every staff member on the shop can install it, and there's a Get the app section in Admin with the link, so you can send it round the workshop without hunting for it.
This isn't the desktop admin squeezed onto a small screen. The app opens on My day, and a bottom tab bar puts Schedule, Messages, Mapping and Fleet one thumb-reach away. The layout respects the notch, the headers are slimmed down, and tapping a tab gives you a small haptic tick so you know it landed even with gloves on. The heavy back-office work, catalogue, builds, billing, analytics, stays on the web where a big screen actually helps.

Push notifications that reach your pocket
A new booking, a quote approved, a cancellation, a customer replying, a job assigned to you: these arrive as real notifications on the phone, not just a badge you find later. You pick which ones you want per device, so the person on the bench and the person driving the van can each get what matters to them.

Sign in with Apple
Staff can sign in with Apple alongside Google, at equal prominence, so nobody needs to remember another password.
Under the hood
Android is in testing
The Android build is running as an internal test with the shops helping us, not on the Play Store yet. There's a register button in Admin under Get the app if you want on the list.
Install the web app instead
Not on iPhone, or not ready for the store version? Admin still offers a one-tap install of the web app to your home screen, with a walkthrough for the browsers that need one, and you get the same mobile layout.
velobook uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember which shop you are working in, and route custom domains. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how people use velobook. Advertising trackers are always off. Choose what is okay with you.
