Pop-up repair days get the full treatment: recurring dates with a host, a shareable link per day that previews as the day, a browsable community days page, emails that actually say where to go, and a booking flow that finds a rider their nearest spot.
Set a community day up once and repeat it weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The dates land as concrete sessions you can edit one at a time, and each one carries its host, so every drop-off taken that day arrives already assigned to the person running it.
Copy a booking link for one location and drop it in an eblast or a social post. It opens the booking page with that neighbourhood already chosen and its next open date selected, so the customer lands ready to book. Shared anywhere that scrapes a link, it previews as the day itself, the spot, its address and its next date, instead of the generic shop card.
A public page on your booking site that answers is there a day near me, and when. Regions, then locations, then that spot's upcoming dates, each a crawlable page with its own photo tile and title, so the whole schedule is findable rather than only reachable by a link someone sent you.
A community day is dropped off at a named spot on a set date, and both the confirmation and the 24-hour reminder were sending the shop's counter address. They now carry the meeting point instead: the location, its address, your standing instructions and any note for that one date, plus a photo of where the van sets up and a calendar invite attached to the email.
The flat list of clinics becomes a real picker: choose your day by place, using the browser's location or a typed address, with spots as photo tiles sorted nearest first, or by date on a calendar that names the location for each session. Shops that also come to riders get We come to you as the first tile in both paths, with the typed address carried across, so a customer who finds nothing near them pivots instead of leaving.
A CSV import for community locations, and a dated version that takes one row per date and groups them into one spot with many sessions. Re-importing is safe: a location already on screen is matched by name, a date it already holds is skipped, and the importer reports exactly what it added and what it left alone.
The signed calendar feed now emits the shop's own sessions, not just bookings into them, each carrying the meeting point, the day's note and its spot count, so an outside automation can drive per-day marketing off it.
Clinic sessions are fixed anchor stops in route planning, so at-home jobs get planned around the commitment. Routes also surfaces at-home bookings in the next fortnight that sit near one of the day's clinics, so you can offer someone an earlier date while you're already in the area.
