Community repair days, properly built.
Pop-up repair days get recurring dates with a host, a shareable link per day, a browsable community days page, emails that say where to go, and a booking flow that finds the nearest spot.
A link per day, that previews as the day
A booking link for one location opens with that neighbourhood chosen and its next date selected, and previews as the day: the spot, its address and its next date.
A community days page customers can browse
A public page on your booking site: regions, then locations, then upcoming dates, each its own crawlable page with a photo tile.
Emails that say where to go
The confirmation and 24-hour reminder carry the meeting point: location, address, standing instructions, any note for that date, a photo of the spot, and a calendar invite.
Find your nearest spot, in the flow
Choose by place, from the browser's location or a typed address, with spots sorted nearest first, or by date on a calendar. Shops that also come to riders get We come to you as the first tile in both paths.
Under the hood
Import a whole year of dates
A CSV import for community locations, and a dated version with one row per date. Re-importing is safe: locations match by name, known dates are skipped, and the importer reports what it added.
Community days in your calendar feed
The signed calendar feed includes the shop's own sessions, with meeting point, day note and spot count, so an outside automation can run per-day marketing.
The van's day plans around the clinic
Clinic sessions are fixed stops in route planning. Routes also lists nearby at-home bookings in the next fortnight, so you can offer an earlier date while you're in the area.
A day sheet you can print
A Day sheet toggle on Bookings: one row per booking for a chosen day, filterable to one stop, with customer, phone, service, bike, notes, mechanic, status and what's paid. Exports to CSV.
