Routing the crew, not the vans.

Route planning knows who's driving: each technician starts from home on their own hours, and a day's run opens in Google Maps in one tap. Plus extras on counter bookings, and a rush fee that only appears when it's really a rush.

New

Route a named crew, one driver per technician

Pick the mechanics working that day and each becomes a driver in the plan, with their own start point, hours and roster colour. Pick nobody and it plans as before.

New

A technician's day starts where they do

Set a home base and driving hours on a person's Team profile. Pop-up clinic sessions can carry a buffer either side. Published customer times don't move.

New

Open a day's run in Google Maps

One link per vehicle, in the optimiser's order. Google's links carry ten stops, so a longer run says first 10 of 14 rather than dropping the tail.

New

Extras on a booking you take at the counter

The add-ons list sits under the service picker on counter bookings, so a tune-up and a flat fix no longer need two bookings.

Under the hood

  • A rush fee that means what it says

The rush surcharge only appears when the date is today in your shop's timezone and the job can be turned around, and it clears if the booking moves.

  • Import the customers an export can only name

The customer importer takes an address column and keeps customers with a name and no contact details, matched on the exporting system's own id so a re-upload finds the same person.

  • Mobile shops stop printing an address they haven't got

Reminders, follow-ups and first-service nudges print no address for a shop that doesn't take drop-offs. Shops can set a default reminder interval.
