The Bookings list
One list across every booking your shop takes, with search across every date, filters, arrival check-in, CSV export and a printable day sheet.
Last updated 2 September 2026
Front desk → Bookings is one list across everything your shop takes: service jobs, workshops, fittings, hires, events and tours. A service row opens the full booking, with its job card, quote and messages; the other kinds expand in place.
Finding a booking
- Search takes a job number, a name, an email, a phone number or a bike, across every date
- Filter by booking type
- Date scope: Today, Upcoming, Past or All dates
- Status: Active bookings, Not yet confirmed, Completed, Cancelled or All statuses
- A check-in filter
The list opens on Upcoming. For a job you completed yesterday, set status to Completed and the date scope to Past or All dates, or search its job number.
Working the counter
- New booking checks a walk-in straight in, creating the same job a kiosk check-in does
- Each arrival row carries a check-in toggle. Unchecking is never questioned
- An event's rows add a Scan tickets button for checking people in from their ticket codes
- Export CSV downloads whatever the filters currently show
- On the Rentals view, Bulk cancel takes out several hires in one confirmed sweep. Customers are emailed and online payments refunded automatically
The Day sheet
Switch List to Day sheet at the top for a printable manifest of one day: a row per job with the time, the stop, the customer and phone, the work and extras, the bike, who it is assigned to, and what is owed. Chips across the top filter to a single stop, which makes it the sheet for a pop-up clinic day. Print opens a clean copy; CSV exports it.
