Where the flag shows
- On the Workboard, with an aging indicator showing how long the job has been stuck.
- In the Today view of Schedule, so a mechanic sees the hold-ups without opening each job.
What the customer sees
The customer's manage page shows the job at its waiting-on-parts stage on the live tracker.
Order the part, track the ETA
Recording the part on the job puts an expected arrival date on the job card and the customer's tracker, and pings the mechanic when it lands. See parts, stock and ordering.
