Turn a finished job into a review: Velobook emails the customer a review link a couple of weeks after their booking.

A happy customer is your best marketing, if they remember to say so. Velobook can send a review request by email a couple of weeks after a booking, with a one-tap link to leave a review on Google or Yelp.

Set it up

  1. 1Open Integrations → Reviews.
  2. 2Paste your Google review link, your Yelp review link, or both.
  3. 3Save. From then on the review email goes out automatically after a booking, pointing customers to whichever links you set.
One link is plenty

Most shops send customers to a single place so the reviews land together. Leave a field blank to skip that service, and blank both to turn review emails off entirely.
