Sending contacts to your CRM
Push your customer contacts to GoHighLevel, so the marketing you already run stays in step with who has actually booked.

Velobook can push your customer contacts into GoHighLevel and keep them current. Open Integrations → CRM.
Contact details only: name, email and phone. Bookings, jobs and quotes stay in Velobook. One-way, from Velobook out; nothing your CRM holds is read back or overwritten.
Connect it
- 1In GoHighLevel, find your Location ID (Settings, Business Profile) and create a Private Integration Token (Settings, Other Settings, Private Integrations) with the Contacts permissions. Both must come from the same sub-account.
- 2Paste both into the GoHighLevel panel in Velobook and connect.
- 3Under Who gets sent to GoHighLevel, choose customers who opted in to marketing (the default) or everyone. The panel shows a live count for each.
- 4Optionally set a contact tag, so contacts from Velobook are easy to segment.
- 5Use Send existing customers to backfill the customers you already have.
A new connection starts in preview mode, which shows what it would send without sending it. Check Recent activity, then switch it to active.
What is never sent
- Customers who have unsubscribed, and customers whose data you erased on request, are excluded whatever the audience setting says
- An erasure reaches back: erasing a customer under a privacy request deletes their GoHighLevel contact too, and Recent activity shows "Removed a contact". See keeping, exporting and erasing data
- After the first send, a contact is sent again whenever their name, email or phone changes
