Analytics and CSV exports

See how your shop is doing across revenue, volume and customers, and export the detail to a spreadsheet.

The Analytics tab turns your bookings into a picture of the shop. It spans every booking type, services, workshops, rentals and fittings, so the numbers are the whole business, not one slice.

What it shows

  • Revenue, Volume, Customers, Utilisation, Health and Conversion, each on its own tab.
  • A date range of the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or a full 12 months, with every figure compared against the previous period so you can see the trend.
  • A revenue chart that buckets by week on shorter ranges and by month across the year.

Export to CSV

Two exports drop the detail into a spreadsheet for your accountant or your own records:

  • From Analytics, the Export CSV button gives one row per booking for the range you are viewing: date, type, item, customer, staff, status, amount and more.
  • From Quotes (under Front desk), the quotes export is a register of every quote with its status, totals and per-line tax, honouring whatever filter you have applied.

Both exports are generated in your browser from your own data. Nothing leaves Velobook to make them.
