Per-bike service history

Every bike carries its past bookings and service history, visible to your mechanics and to the customer.

Last updated 7 July 2026

Velobook keeps history per bike, not just per customer. When a bike comes back, its past bookings and the work done on them are right there, so the bench starts from what happened last time instead of from scratch.

For the bench

From a booking, mechanics can see the bike's past bookings and service history: what was booked, when, and the notes left on those jobs. Handy when the customer says "it is doing that thing again" and cannot remember what the thing was.

For the customer

Customers can see their bike's history too, so "when did I last get this serviced?" has an answer without a phone call. Customers with a Velobook account see their history in one place across every Velobook shop they use.

Not a bike shop? The same history follows whatever your customers bring in. See renaming things for your trade.
