Per-bike service history

Every bike carries its past bookings and service history, visible to your mechanics and to the customer, with model specs that ride along onto the job card.

Velobook keeps history per bike as well as per customer. When a bike comes back, its past bookings and the work done on them are on the job.

For the bench

From a booking, mechanics see the bike's past bookings and service history: what was booked, when, and the notes left on those jobs.

For the customer

Customers see their bike's history too. Customers with a Velobook account see it in one place across every Velobook shop they use.

Specs you only enter once

  • The Bike models page under Customers is a reference catalogue: record a model once with its make, year, brake pad type, drivetrain, tyre size, any other specs, and whether it is an e-bike
  • Link a customer's bike to that model from the bike's own record and the specs ride along onto the job card
  • Deleting a model only clears the reference; the bikes and their history are untouched

Not a bike shop? The same history follows whatever your customers bring in. See renaming things for your trade.
