Customer accounts across shops
A customer signs in once and sees their bookings across every shop running on Velobook.

Customer accounts are cross-shop. Someone who books with you and with another Velobook shop signs in once and sees everything in one place. Accounts are always optional: customers can book as a guest and never make one if they would rather not.
What an account gives the customer
- One sign-in for every Velobook shop they use, not a separate login per shop.
- A history of their past and upcoming bookings.
- Faster checkout, because their details are remembered.
Guests are first-class
Booking does not require an account. A guest gives their details once, books, and manages that booking through their manage link. You never lose a booking because someone did not want to sign up.
Accounts belong to the customer, not to one shop. That is what lets a single sign-in work across the whole Velobook network, and it means you are never holding a customer's password.
