Customer accounts across shops
A customer signs in once and sees their bookings across every shop running on Velobook, plus their rewards, their bikes and an optional Strava connection.

Customer accounts are cross-shop: someone who books with you and with another Velobook shop signs in once and sees everything in one place. Accounts are optional; customers can book as a guest.
What an account gives the customer
- One sign-in for every Velobook shop they use.
- A history of past and upcoming bookings.
- Faster checkout, because their details are remembered.
- A Rewards section, saved bikes, and an optional Strava connection, below.
Rewards in one place
Rewards lists, shop by shop, any store credit the customer holds (applied automatically at their next checkout with that shop, with its expiry date), any single-use reward codes, and their referral code with a share link. It only appears once there is something to show. Your side is in referrals.
Your bikes
Your bikes holds bike profiles. The customer can add or edit a bike, expand its service history across shops, and book it straight in. Bikes saved while booking with you land here on their own.
Connect with Strava
- The customer connects their own Strava account and maps each Strava bike onto a profile
- They see the kilometres ridden since that bike's last service
- They can opt into reminder emails once a bike passes a distance they choose: a service reminder that resets when a shop completes a service, and a chain-wax reminder that rolls on its own
- Strava data is only ever shown to the rider it belongs to
Guests are first-class
A guest gives their details once, books, and manages that booking through their manage link.
Accounts belong to the customer, not to one shop. You are never holding a customer's password.
