iCal subscription feeds

A one-way, per-shop calendar URL you can subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Outlook, or anything that takes a subscription link.

Last updated 2 September 2026

An iCal feed is a subscription URL that publishes your bookings to any calendar app. Like the Google Calendar integration it is one-way: changes you make in that calendar are not sent back.

Subscribe to your feed

  1. 1Open Integrations → Calendars and find Calendar subscription (iCal).
  2. 2Copy your shop's private feed URL.
  3. 3In your calendar app, add a calendar by subscription and paste the URL.
  4. 4Bookings appear within the refresh interval your calendar app uses (often every few hours).
Keep the URL private

Anyone with your feed URL can see your bookings. If it leaks, choose Replace URL in the same panel to invalidate the old one.

Community days are in there too

The feed carries your pop-up clinic sessions, at their published times with the spot's address as the location.

iCal or Google Calendar?

  • iCal: a read-only view of bookings in Apple Calendar, Outlook or similar, with no Google sign-in.
  • Google Calendar: Velobook manages a dedicated calendar in your Google account.
