Service reminders

Nudge a customer when their bike is due for a service, now or scheduled, from the bike's own record.

Last updated 22 July 2026

Beyond the automatic reminders that keep a booking on track, you can send a service reminder to bring a customer back when their bike is due. It goes out per bike, from that bike's record, so it reads as "your Trek is about due" rather than a generic blast.

Send one

  1. 1Open a customer's bike from their record and choose to send a service reminder.
  2. 2Send now, or schedule it for a day that suits. Queued reminders go out in the morning, and you can cancel any time before.
  3. 3Add an optional short note. The message uses your own service reminder template, which you can edit under Messaging → Templates.
Honest about delivery

If a customer has unsubscribed, the reminder shows as not sent rather than pretending it went. Service reminders are about a customer's own bike, so keep them useful and personal rather than promotional.
