Service reminders

Nudge a customer when their bike is due for a service, now or scheduled, from the bike's own record.

Last updated 2 September 2026

A service reminder brings a customer back when their bike is due. It goes out per bike, from that bike's record, so it reads as "your Trek is about due".

Send one

  1. 1Open a customer's bike from their record and choose to send a service reminder.
  2. 2Send now, or schedule it. Scheduled reminders go out at 9am on the day you pick, and you can cancel any time before.
  3. 3Add an optional short note. The message uses your service reminder template, editable under Messaging → Templates.
Set your usual interval once

Pick a Default service reminder interval of 3, 6 or 12 months under Messaging → Templates, beside the scheduled-emails switch. It is preselected every time you schedule a reminder; override it on any bike or pick a date by hand.

Honest about delivery

If a customer has unsubscribed, the reminder shows as not sent. Service reminders are about a customer's own bike; keep them personal, not promotional.
