Set up your shop page
Get your public booking page live: your name, branding, and the things customers can book.

Your shop page is where customers book. It lives at velobook.app/your-slug; a custom domain can replace that later.
Sign in at velobook.app/login, then open Shop profile in the sidebar.
Name your shop
Set the name on Shop profile, in the Basics card. It shows at the top of the booking page and on every confirmation email.
- Your booking URL slug (the bit after the slash) was chosen at signup and is read-only here, because changing it breaks existing links. Need it changed? Get in touch.
- The Admin menu card on the same page hides whole areas your shop does not offer, for everyone on the team. Nothing is deleted and your booking page is untouched; flip an area back on any time.
Add your logo and colours
Open Booking page in the sidebar. Everything here flows through to your public page.
- Brand logo: shows in your booking page header and as the browser tab icon. Square works best. PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG or ICO.
- Brand colours: a palette of background, primary, secondary and two accents. Start from a preset or set each swatch. Saved colours roll out to your booking page straight away.
- Fonts: one face for headings, one for body text, both from the same curated list, plus a lower-case option for brands that never use capitals. Body text stays on the default unless you change it.
- Words customers see: rename things for your trade, so a watchmaker says "watches" where a bike shop says "bikes". See renaming things for your trade.
Your branding styles the booking page. Confirmation and reminder emails carry your shop name and links but use Velobook's standard layout, with no colour or logo customisation.
Add the things customers can book
Your page needs at least one thing to book. These live under Catalogue in the sidebar:
- Services (drop-offs and appointments), on the Service menu tab. Most shops start here: see add your first service.
- Workshops, Fittings, Rentals and Plans, each with its own tab and article.
Share it
With a name, branding and one service, your page is ready. Your booking link is in the Booking URL field on Shop profile.
