Branding, colours and fonts
Upload a logo, set a colour palette, add a photo of your shop, and pick a heading font that flow through your booking page.

Branding lives on the Booking page section. Set it once and it flows across your booking page and the customer's manage page.
What you can set
- Brand logo: your booking page header and the browser tab icon. Square works best. PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG or ICO.
- Brand colours: background, primary, secondary and two accent swatches. Start from a preset or set each swatch.
- Fonts: from a curated list. Headings default to Young Serif; body text defaults to Public Sans and only changes if you pick something else. Tick Set headings in lower case if your brand never uses capitals.
- Booking page headline: a Headline, a Subhead and a Button label for the top of your booking page.
A photo of your shop
- The Store photo card takes a landscape photo of your shop, up to 4 MB as a PNG, JPEG or WebP
- It is separate from your logo, which has to work small in email headers and browser tabs
- The photo fronts your card when your shop is listed in a network directory. A standalone shop can upload one, but it does not appear until the shop is listed in a directory
Update your branding
- 1Open the Booking page section in the sidebar.
- 2Upload your logo, choose your colour palette, and pick a heading font.
- 3Save. Changes roll out across your booking page straight away.
Your logo and colours style your booking page and manage page. Confirmation and reminder emails carry your shop name and links, but use Velobook's standard layout.
Other switches on this page
- Linking your booking surfaces: Link my booking surfaces to each other decides whether someone booking one thing is shown the others you offer. On, your page asks what someone is after and links across; off, each offering stands alone on its own address.
- Several jobs on one booking lets a customer put more than one bike, or two different jobs, on a single booking, and lets your staff do the same. See how drop-offs work.
- Fittings wording renames the fittings section if you use those slots for something else: consultations, demo rides, suspension setups. Every box shows its current wording as the placeholder, and changes show on your booking page straight away.
