Printing job cards

Print a job card for each booking so the workshop has a paper trail. Currently in beta.

Last updated 29 June 2026

Velobook can print a job card for each booking, so the bench always has a paper copy of what came in, who it belongs to, and what needs doing. It is the bridge between an online booking and the physical job on the rack.

Printing is in beta

The print integration is still being tested end to end. It works, but treat it as beta and let us know if anything prints oddly.

What a job card shows

  • Customer name and contact.
  • The service and any notes the customer left.
  • The drop-off date and time window, and whether it is a rush.
  • A reference that ties the paper card back to the booking in the admin.

Set up printing

Printing is configured under Integrations → Printing. It uses Epson Server Direct Print, so the setup card walks through connecting a supported Epson printer and choosing when cards print.

Reprint any time

You can reprint a job card from the booking's detail view in the admin, so a lost card is never a problem.
