The Network dashboard
The Network tab is the parent's homepage: a live overview of every shop, plus cross-shop views of your customers, catalogue and policies.
Last updated 2 September 2026
The Network tab is where the parent sees how the group is doing without opening each shop. Overview is the homepage; Customers, Catalogue and Policies each answer one cross-shop question. Shops, where sub-shops are created and copied into, is in running a multi-shop network.
One search box for the whole network
The search box at the top of Overview finds customers, bookings, customer bikes and fleet bikes across every shop. Each result names its shop. Opening a result hands you into that shop's admin, with a booking landing on its card.
The tiles
Six tiles head the page: Booked, last 7 days (booked revenue, per currency rather than summed), Out on hire, Due back (with any overdue count), Going out, In the workshop (with how many are booked today), and Waiting on a reply (customer messages, with any failed sends).
Needs attention
Anything needing a decision stacks under Needs attention, one row per problem:
- Billing trouble at a shop. Each sub-shop can bill on its own card, so a lapsed card at one shop is easy to miss from the parent. The shop keeps working while you sort it.
- Messages that failed to send, per shop. A failed send is invisible to the shop that thinks it answered.
- Visiting work: jobs a shop sent to a sibling that came back refused, and jobs sent but not yet answered.
- Overdue hire bikes, with the customer and the due date.
- Suggested moves: when one shop has more of an item booked this week than it has bikes, and a sibling has spare, a row suggests shifting them, with a one-click Move button. Suggestions come from bookings already in the diary, and bikes are matched by item name.
How each shop is doing
- By shop is today at a glance, in each shop's own timezone
- Performance is the league table for the last four weeks: a trend sparkline, booked revenue for the last 7 days, vs usual week (the last 7 days against the average of that shop's own prior three weeks), average job value, and Fleet use (hire days sold against the days its bikes were available)
- A brand-new shop reads first weeks until it has a baseline
Workshop capacity and shop health
- Workshop, next 14 days draws one strip per shop, a cell per day: the darker the cell, the more of that day's open hours are booked; an orange cell is booked past its open hours
- Shop health watches the connections that fail silently, one pill each for POS, Payments, Printer and SMS
- POS: OK, Stale (no stock read in the last 24 hours), Error, or a count of sales stuck on their way to the till
- Printer: OK, Offline (no printer has checked in for an hour), or a count of failed print jobs this week
- SMS: OK, or a count of failed sends in the last 24 hours
Off and None are neutral: a shop that never set up texting or online payments is configured that way, not broken.
Coming up closes the page with the next 14 days of bookings across all shops, and links to the network Bookings calendar.
Customers: one customer base
- Customers treats the network as one customer base, built from the last 180 days of bookings
- Three tiles lead: Customers, Use 2+ shops and Repeat
- Filter with All, Uses 2+ shops or Repeat; search by name, email or phone; expand any customer for their history across every shop
- The list is read-only: editing a customer stays with the shop that serves them
Catalogue: where the shops disagree
- Catalogue is a drift report, not central management
- Priced differently lists any service or rental item that two or more shops offer at different prices, compared only between shops billing the same currency
- Missing from a shop lists items carried by two or more siblings but absent from another
- Each priced-differently row offers a Use X's button per shop: pick the shop that has it right, choose which siblings to update, and every selected shop that offers the item takes that price
- Anything beyond price is fixed in the shop's own catalogue, or with Copy into on the Shops tab
Policies: one brand, one promise
Policies compares Terms and conditions, Cancellation and refunds and Photo retention across the group. Where shops disagree, each version is listed with the shops holding it, and Use this everywhere copies one shop's version across the ones you pick.
A waiver is a versioned document pinned to the bookings signed against it, and republishing one under another shop's name is a legal act. Edit waivers in each shop's own Policies page.
