The daily job digest
One email every morning listing the day's booked jobs, with customer contact details and the mechanic on each.

The daily job digest is one email, sent at 6am your shop's time, listing every job booked for today: service bookings, hire pickups and returns, and workshop sessions. Each line carries the customer's name and mobile, the address for mobile and delivery jobs, and the mechanic assigned.
Turn it on
- 1Open Integrations → Daily digest.
- 2Type the inbox under Send to and choose Save. One address; a shared shop inbox works well.
- 3Flip Send this every morning on. The sentence above the controls confirms what will happen, down to the address.
A summary, not an alert
For a ping the moment a customer books, use staff notifications. The two work together.
Prefer paper? Printing job cards prints the same morning's bookings to a workshop printer, one card per job.
